Stage 1
Starts with the elimination of applicants who have responded to your advertisement and do not measure up to your outline profile. This will then be topped up with a comprehensive search of our extensive internal and external sales databases resulting in a shortlist of candidates who on paper at least match the required specification.
Stage 2
Shortlisted candidates from stage 1 are then contacted and subject to a preliminary screening to provide them with additional information on the vacancy we are recruiting for and to clarify this matches their initial career and salary expectations. Once this has been identified, a job specification will be forwarded to the candidate along with details of the recruiting companies website in order that they can conduct more research. It is also a test of their commitment since we will ask them to contact us once they have reviewed this information.
They will then be subjected to an intensive interview using our unique 14 point Candidate Assessment Programme aimed at identifying both their soft and hard skills.
Stage 3
Each candidate that successfully passes our Assessment Programme will then have their C.V. submitted to you the client together with a detailed analysis of why we feel they are right for your company and should be interviewed.
Our attention to detail also extends to briefing the candidate at each stage of the interview process on a personal basis.
