Our client is the UKs leading specialist b2b telemarketing agency exclusively supporting the IT and telecommunications industries. They work from 200 seat multimedia and multilingual offices to provide telemarketing services across EMEA, America and Australasia. By providing an innovative and quality driven service with unbeatable return on investment, they have forged long term partnerships with some of the world’s largest and most prestigious IT and telecommunications companies.
Planned expansion has resulted in the need for them to recruit additional experienced Team Leaders. Based from the companies modern offices in Reading you will take over responsibility for a team of around 17 telemarketing consultants working on a variety of short and long terms outbound projects. In this highly targeted service driven environment you will need to motivate and develop your team to ensure they achieve their objectives and the business subsequently grows.
Its a fast paced role requiring a unique individual. To be considered you will require a minimum of 12 months experience gained within a business to business call centre/telemarketing environment (ideally outbound). Able to demonstrate excellent team performance through strong professional leadership you will be used to conducting regular coaching sessions which have produced a positive impact on your team and individual performance. Previous experience gained within the IT/Telecoms market would be advantageous but is not essential.
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary starting at £25,000 and rising with progression to £32,500, with a realistic OTE of £30,000 with uncapped bonus rising with progression to £67500 + benefits
