Telesales Manager - Business Intelligence

Salary: Up to £28000 OTE: £45000

Our client is a leading PLC with appointed super brand status and global recognition. Enjoying double digit growth over the last 5 years they are streets ahead of their rivals within the highly competitive information business. They deliver primary quality data and expert analysis to global companies operating in the following market sectors:

They are currently going through a major expansion programme and are looking to recruit an experienced Telesales Manager to look after a team of 6-8 highly experienced telesales consultants based out of their London offices. On a day to day basis they are involved in pitching C level executives around the globe selling subscriptions to their market leading business intelligence. With average order values of £8K-£10K it is a highly consultative and complex sale.

Your role will be to ensure your team hit all their monthly targets, developing the future sales strategy, and improving individuals’ sales skills through effective training. You will also be responsible for recruiting new salespeople to grow the team and motivate, coach and mentor.

To be considered you will need a proven track record of success in telesales management working in a competitive new business focussed outbound environment. You will be used to managing teams involved in extensive cold calling and closing deals in excess of £2K. You will be self-driven with excellent coaching, mentoring and motivational skills in addition to training and recruitment experience.

We are looking for a bright individual who has come from a stable and progressive telesales management background who can prove they have achieved high earnings in their career to date and are seeking to thrive in a challenging, fast paced and dynamic environment. Experience gained within a conceptual environment particularly business information/intelligence would be useful but is not essential.

In return, they offer the following:

A starting basic salary of up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped commission, OTE up to £45,000 (Top selling manager last year earnt £120K)
