They work from their 200 seat multimedia and multilingual offices to provide telemarketing services across EMEA, America and Australasia. They are currently seeking to recruit a fluent Swedish/English speaker for their offices in Reading.
The role involves calling on behalf of leading technology companies in Sweden and speaking to senior decision makers about their IT and business requirements. You build strong business relationships with your client throughout the campaigns you are working on and gain valuable insights into how business decisions are made in corporate environments.
Telemarketing Consultants are the foundation of their business and their success.
This is an excellent starting point in the organisation and with their ambitious growth plans and their commitment to developing and rewarding talent and skills, through their award winning training programmes, this role can lead to many other opportunities within the company as well as upward progression to Senior TMC or Team Leader, or through to their Sales Team. Telemarketing consultants will also have the opportunity to earn significant bonus payments on exceeding the targets set and will have the opportunity to be part of various teams/committees working toward the growth of the organisation.
To be considered In addition to fluency in Swedish you will also need a confident and articulate telephone manner and the drive and determination to make outbound calls in a targeted environment.
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary of £16K to start increasing to £18K , plus a realistic OTE of £25K plus benefits.
