Our client are a well established and highly reputable washroom hygiene services company based in Essex. They are currently undertaking a major expansion programme and are looking for an experienced field sales executive to cover Enfield.
Based from the companies offices 1 day a week you will be cold calling to make appointments to see potential new clients. With a target of 5-6 quality appointments per day (Tuesday to Friday) you will need to be well prepared and a good closer. Once in front of the decision maker you will undertake an indepth fact find and survey to determine their washroom needs with a view to closing on the day. Once the account is on board you will visit them once a month to ensure good quality of service and to sell in new products.
To be considered you will ideally need a minimum of 12 months plus direct field sales experience gained within a competitive new business focused B2B role (ideally service or conceptually based). Previous experience gained within the washroom industry would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be given. In addition you will be self motivated, hard working and target driven.
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary of £20K-£22K (depending upon experience), a realistic OTE of £45K (which is uncapped) plus Bonus, Golf fully expensed company car, blackberry plus many incentives throughout the year.
