Our client are a well established environmental company whose UK business has built up significantly over the last 10 years to become the market leader in their field. They have recently established a new division specialising in Photovoltaic systems and aim to be one of the UK market leaders in domestic micro-generation within the next 5 years. With the Governments Feed-in Tariff scheme launching in 2010/2011 this will be a massive growth industry and a superb time to join them.
To capitalise on this we are now looking for a General Manager based in the Gloucestershire region with extensive experience within the PV industry to head up this new division. With a hands on approach and a relevant technical background you will need a proven track record of growing a business within this sector through the effective recruitment and management of sales people and installers. Used to dealing with both domestic and commercial customers you will be looking to join an already successful company and make your mark..
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary of £50K plus car, profit share and eventually an equity share.
