Our client is at the forefront of providing clinical waste services to SMEs across a wide range of markets and is renowned for delivering excellent service to their clients. This is a fun and exciting business one that has been successful in the recent economic climate and has resulted in the need for them to recruit a Service Manager to work out of their new Leeds office.
The overall job function is to ensure that the clinical and waste collection services are carried out as specified by individual customer contracts and to manage any customer queries. You will be responsible for providing the necessary support and training to continually develop your service staff to enable them to achieve individual and depot service efficiency targets whilst adhering to the necessary health and safety regulations.
To be considered you will need previous management experience gained within a service based environment. With superb organization/administration skills you be an excellent communicator looking to progress your career with a global services market leader.
The rewards include a basic salary of £22K with a realistic bonus of an additional £6900 plus company car, pension plus benefits.
