Our client provides a complete hygiene and facilities management service to businesses across the UK. Their range of products and services provide everything needed for an environment that’s not just safe and clean, but fully compliant with UK legislation. Their contract retention rate for 2008 was an amazing 90% and a recent survey showed that 91% of their customers would recommend them as a service provider. Their satisfied clients include Toni and Guy, Holiday Inn, Novotel Plc and Royal Institute of British Architects to name but a few.
Planned expansion has resulted in the need to recruit an experienced telesales appointment maker to work out of their London offices. Working from an extensive database you will be making approximately 75 calls a day to secure 20 appointments per week for their experienced field sales executives who are selling new hygiene and facilities management contracts into the business to business sector in addition to upselling existing accounts. Commission is paid on the signed business that is written as a result of these appointments.
To be considered you will ideally need a minimum of 1 years plus telesales experience gained within a competitive outbound B2B role (previous appointment making experience would be useful but is not essential). Well organized with good IT skills you will possess a good work ethic, excellent communication skills and be a real team player.
The rewards are superb and include a generous basic salary of up to £22,000 (depending upon experience) with a realistic OTE of £30,000 (Uncapped) + Benefits. There are also real career development opportunities for successful candidates to progress into field sales
