Counting the world\'s top banks amongst our valued clients, they continue to be relied upon daily by financial professionals worldwide.
The Role
They are about to launch a new sales division to sell their new credit risk product and are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to head this up. Reporting to the Sales Director you will build and manage a team of Business Development Managers whose focus will be on introducing this new product into the marketplace and acquiring customers and revenue in line with the companies targets. The role will include global travel to visit clients and represent the company at exhibitions.

Experience
Essential
• Experience of building and managing a successful sales team
• Track record of success in direct B2B sales, both new business and account management
• Formal sales training and evidence of implementation of techniques into sales teams
• Highly self-motivated, organised and be able to manage own time
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the changing market, our customers and the business
Desired
• Experience of selling into the risk departments of banks and financial institutions
• Successful management of multi-location, multi-cultural sales team
• Previous involvement in a new product launch would be an advantage
• A degree or equivalent is desirable
• Fluency in a second language would be a distinct advantage
• Good levels of IT literacy are expected
• Previous knowledge of Salesforce.com would be a plus
